SEALED NOZZLE HEATERS

Sealed nozzle heaters are ideal to prevent contamination and corrosion from molten plastics. These heaters are of compact dimension, and feature lead exit at 45° from heater. Outer material is AISI 304 stainless steel. Maximum watt density is 5W/cm2, and standard lead length is 1000mm, with steel braiding. Other lead exit angles are available to order. Integral thermocouple can also be included if required. Maximum working temperature is 280°C. Stock sizes are available for delivery within 72 hours. However, special dimensions (up to 100mm diameter and up to 60mm width), voltage, wattage, and lead options are available on request.
